At the end of July and the beginning of August Kent State University’s Lutheran Campus Ministry traveled to Jacmel Haiti. The team ministered to the people of Haiti by distributing Bibles, working side by side with Haitians cleaning the downtown beach, and helping feed the needy.The ministry team led by Pastor JJ Voelker, also showed the love of Jesus to the orphans at The Center of Refuge Orphanage by hosting them at the John 3:16 Guest House for a meal.
